the lye family went to town again!
we had lunch without zG at takashimaya. i had japanese fried noodles with cheese and egg which is not quite worth my $3.50. nonetheless, it's still tasty. we ate our food sitting at the staircase when xL saw me and yilin so she said hello to us. who is xL? she is 1) a friend I met thru CO, 2) not my primary school friend & 3) from swiss cottage sec, obviously. =P but looks like i haven't answered the question. heh.
we wandered around and landed up at the heeren shops when someone (forgot who -_-") suggested we watch a movie. actually, the main purpose of coming to a lye outing is to 1) watch a movie & 2) eat delicious food. haha, but of cos we get to catch up with each other. not in homework though.
so we went to cathay cineleisure to watch The Forgotten. wY saw mr daniel chung our GP tutor while we were at the popcorn bar. AH-HA! WE CAUGHT HIM! with nobody, sadly. awwwww… he asked us what we were watching and he said he will be watching something we can’t watch. it’s M18. since our movie started at around 3.25 and he is last seen buying snacks then, I deduce he must be watching Everybody has Secrets (showtime at 3.30), a korean movie starring Lee Bing Hyun and Choi Ji Woo. wonder who he is watching for though. ^_^"
guess he must be shaking his head in his mind when he knew our choice of movie. cos The Forgotten lives up to its name, by being a movie you can forget. -_-" actually, that is quoted from a movie critic. even newspapers say that it hit No. 1 at the US box office bcos of its exciting trailer which contains abt all the thrilling parts of the movie already. definitely not the biggest jaw-dropper since the sixth sense.
then we wandered around more, with my stomach starting to ache. we landed up at a “hot” outlet of pasta mania at scotts so we decided to walk back to cathay to eat at another outlet. while walking, cY’s stomach began to ache too… looks like he’s in more pain than me. so we rushed to the _ _ _ _ _ _ . wondered what we ate. at least I get to eat my garlic bread and yummy baked rice after the ordeal.
there’s CO practice tomorrow and it’s NOT with lion! yay! but it starts at 4.30…
